Jarrod serves as the Lead Pastor at Eleven Sixteen Church since 2011. Along with holding a Master of Theological Studies, he is a 5th generational pastor. Jarrod and his wife, Katie, have 3 children who also serve alongside him in ministry.

Patrick is our newest pastor to join our the elder team, bringing a deep passion for intercession and prayer. Together with his wife, Elaine, and their two daughters, they have been gift to our community since 2019.

Adam has served as the Worship Minister at Eleven Sixteen Church since 2022. He began leading worship in youth ministry at the age of 17. He has a passion for developing musicians and singers to worship Jesus and lead people into the presence of God. Adam and his wife, Sarah, have two beautiful young children, one of which has been attending Eleven Sixteen Church his entire life!

Pam oversees the Bee Hive Preschool and has a compassionate heart for meeting people's needs—both physical and spiritual.

Jeremy, who has two daughters, has been assisting us since 2021 in troubleshooting our printer issues. His expertise spans across all our technological resources, complementing his role at Paine College in Augusta.
