Jarrod serves as the Lead Pastor at Eleven Sixteen Church since 2011. Along with holding a Master of Theological Studies, he is a 5th generational pastor. Jarrod and his wife, Katie, have 3 children who also serve alongside him in ministry.

Patrick joined our the elder team in August of 2023, bringing a deep passion for intercession and prayer. Together with his wife, Elaine, and their two daughters, they have been gift to our community since 2019.

Andre and his wife, Esther, retired from the Chicago Police Department and relocated to Augusta, where they became part of the Eleven Sixteen Church community. In June 2026, Andre began serving as an elder. He is gifted in teaching, deeply committed to God's Word, and has a genuine heart for hospitality, using both to serve and care for the church.

Ben has faithfully served in worship ministry at Eleven Sixteen Church since his high school years, giving more than a decade to leading and supporting worship. In 2026, he was ordained as a deacon with a focus on Worship Ministry, continuing to serve the church with humility, dedication, and a heart to lead others into the presence of God.

Tom Johnston and his wife, Shianan, joined Eleven Sixteen Church in April 2024. Tom was ordained as a deacon in 2026 and faithfully leads our Hospitality Ministry, helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. He also has a heart for walking alongside those experiencing loss and is passionate about providing biblical grief care.

Pam leads our Care Ministry and oversees Bee Hive Preschool. She has a compassionate heart for people and is deeply committed to meeting needs both physically and spiritually, faithfully serving others with the love and care of Christ.

Nathan Winkler serves as the Interim Family Minister at Eleven Sixteen Church. He has a heart for discipling the next generation and equipping families to grow in faith together. Nathan is passionate about helping children, students, and parents build strong foundations in Christ and live out their faith in everyday life.

Brett and Ari Adkins serve as the Interim Student Ministers at Eleven Sixteen Church. They are passionate about discipling middle and high school students, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus and build a strong foundation in God’s Word. With a heart for the next generation, they are committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can encounter God, build authentic community, and be equipped to live out their faith.

Jeremy, who has two daughters, has been assisting us since 2021 in troubleshooting our printer issues. His expertise spans across all our technological resources, complementing his role at Paine College in Augusta.
